New bus, with Starlink, at least whilst we travelled through Moldova. Efficient, quality, and cheap.

Quite comfortable, the staff are supportive and having internet connection is so helpful.

The bus is clean and generally well-maintained. But sitting on the chairs is uncomfortable because there are no capes for the neck and head. The seat cover is artificial, the head gets wet quickly. It's a pity that the toilet doesn't work along the way. Instead, it often stops at gas stations.

The bus is new, seats are comfortable, the only problem no toilet on it, multiple stops make the trip too long! Every stop almost 1 hour, for 400km distance took 8h. Drivers are not helping ladies with the bags.

Very good driver, I had my flight delayed. Driver called me and make sure that I’ll come on time.

It's reasonably on time, there's nothing wrong with it. My original department was cancelled and they tried calling then left a voice note over WhatsApp for me to choose either an hour earlier or an hour later. No hassle.

Bus was clean, quite fast driving. But driver didn't allow to use bathroom and eat in the bus what is strange. Drivers could also have more respect in regards of attitude to the people.
