We traveled from Marco Polo Airport in Venice to Ljubljana, a 3.5-hour journey. Overall, it was an excellent experience! The only small issue we had was finding our pickup point — this could have been made a bit clearer. However, we contacted the phone numbers provided on our ticket. One connected us directly to the driver, and the other to a lovely woman who was incredibly helpful and efficient. After a few WhatsApp messages, we were able to locate the driver, who even drove over to pick us up at the spot we were stood at which was not even the decided meeting point.

The driver was very friendly, drove smoothly and safely, and helped with our luggage. He came across as extremely professional.

The minibus itself was fresh and clean with good AC. For the first half of the trip, it was just me and my friend, so it felt like a private taxi. Another girl joined halfway through, but there was still plenty of space, and the whole journey was super comfortable.

They really went the extra mile and genuinely cared — it felt more like a private chauffeur service than a regular shuttle. We were dropped off right in the city center. We couldn’t be happier!

All good, but the driving took longer than expected duration, easily count one hour extra, traffic or waiting other pickups.

The transfer was really fast and comfortable.

Ottimo transfer per andare da Lubiana (Hotel Union) all'aeroporto di Trieste. Puntualissimi e professionali, oltre che economici! Consigliato!

What's the point of collecting phone numbers and emails if DRD doesn't use to keep inform the passengers in the case they are late. We are not talking a few minutes but at least 45 minutes. There was a passenger waiting (and loosing her trip) for 2 hours without an explanation. This is an important issue the company has to improve.

On the whole the trip went very well even though there were some extra elements that we are not used to.

I thought it'd be rough by the reviews, but it was everything super fine. Great driver.

Driver spent a long time waiting to pick up deliveries during the trip, which meant we were late, even though we were rubbing early before this, and almost missed our train.
