Comfortable, clean bus, very nice and friendly drivers. We arrived even earlier than expected and I am really happy with my experience with EuroClub. Thank you for a good service that you are providing, I would like to go again with you guys in the future :)

It was a good trip. All the staff was polite, punctual and on point. We arrived in time, there was a coffee served during the trip.

It was a nice ride. The bus had working toilet, the bus driver was nice and caring. The bus came to the destination ahead of time.

The nicest bus drivers and very friendly staff.

Super immer wieder !!!

We have experience the worst service with our Euroclub bus. The bus was scheduled to depart at 23.55. One hour later and 2 call to the customer service there was still no info available what time the bus will turn up. Very poor organisation. We had to pay for seats on a different bus in order to get to our destination.

Begin left in the middle of a night without any indication whether the bus is going to arrive is a terrible experience.

Everything was good enough. Will choose Infobus next time!

There were no people who enjoyed the annoying Russian series, whereas many were bothered by them. I suggest to either introduce headphones or do not turn them on at all. I will take this inconvenience into consideration when planning my next trip to Ukraine.
