Experienced travellers know that the INFOBUS mobile app has everything in one place: the app allows you to conveniently search, compare and buy bus, train and plane tickets in a few clicks, saving time and effort. This is exactly what everyone who loves to travel needs. If you don't have the INFOBUS app yet, we are ready to convince you to install it on your smartphone. So, read the instructions on how to use it and what convenient features it has:

1. The first thing you need to do is download the app. It is available for Android and iOS.

2. If you have previously registered on the site, just enter your details into the system, and if you are using INFOBUS services for the first time, then register. Just fill in the required fields, but do not forget to agree to the user agreement.

3. One click and you are in the INFOBUS application. The first thing you see is the user menu, which has such sections as Search, Orders, Settings, and your personal account. Let's take a quick look at what you can find in each section.

Search

1. This tab is necessary to find the best offer from the carriers. Here you select ‘All’ (all types of transport if you have not yet decided on the best way to travel), bus, train or plane, destination and date of travel.  Then click Search. In this tab, you can also ‘create a parcel’ to send it to your family or friends.

2. The system will immediately show you current routes, which you can filter by price, departure time, arrival time, and other parameters.

Once you have selected a ticket, it's time to choose a seat. If you don't see this option, we recommend that you read the article "Booking without seat selection".

3. Then you need to enter your data, if you are logged in, it will be pulled up automatically.

Payment: You can pay for your order in a way that is convenient for you: Apple Pay, Google Pay, a card from any bank, or a money transfer. For tickets with a special marking, you receive bonus points that can be used as a discount when paying. In the mobile app, your reward card is automatically updated.

Orders

In the ‘Order’ tab, you will find all the information about your ticket and can change it if necessary. You'll agree that it's much more convenient than searching for a ticket among files in your email or trying to log in to the website while standing by the bus. In the app, you just need a few clicks to access the data you need.

What's more, with the help of the ‘route’ function, you can easily find the way from your location to the bus departure point. This is especially useful if you are travelling in an unfamiliar area.

It is important to know that the ability to edit data and build a route is not available for all buses. This is not an error or a technical malfunction, but only a feature of cooperation between INFOBUS and the carrier. If you do not see the option to change the date, passenger name or other data, please contact our support team. We will quickly help you find a solution!

In addition, after payment, the system offers to add the ticket to your personal calendar so that you don't forget about the departure of the route.

Need to return a ticket? 

If you have changed your plans and want to cancel your ticket, the mobile app makes it much easier. Just make three clicks and the ticket is canceled, and the funds are credited to the account from which the payment was made. Also, the chat support in the mobile application is always at hand: you don't need to search for it on the website, just click on the button:

Personal account: In your personal account, you can keep track of your rewards, change your password, or enter information about other passengers traveling with you. This saves time when you buy tickets. 

It is much more convenient to manage bonuses in your personal account in the INFOBUS app and use them in a timely manner. Just a reminder: For tickets with a special mark, you receive bonuses that are automatically credited to your bonus account. Unlike on the website, you only need to log in to the app once, and the bonus card will be applied automatically.

Bonuses are always at your fingertips, and their use is quick and easy!

Another very useful feature in your personal account is the My Passengers tab, which allows you to specify the details of everyone with whom you often travel. It's simple: in your personal account, you enter the passengers' data in advance, and when you buy a ticket at the checkout stage, click "My passengers". The system will automatically insert all the data into the ticket. The example looks like this:
